TEMPLE IMFORMATION:
The Temples are open every day of the year at pooja times.
The Lord Ranganatha Temple is open throughout the day for personal worship.
The Subramanium and Maha Shakti Temples are locked outside pooja hours as the monks and nuns engage in their daily work.
Due to limited space and in the interest of safety, entrance to the Maha Shakti Temple has to be restricted at busy times. Details about passes, available free of charge, one per person, will be announced at the 1.30 pm pooja. Everyone who has been vegetarian for the last 3 days and has not obtained a pass will be able to have Darshan after the final Aarthi.
If a person is elderly, has a medical condition or is unwell, they should not attempt to walk 800m uphill to the Maha Shakti Temple, but they should inform us well in advance and we will provide transport at pooja times. Private vehicles are not allowed to drive up to the Maha Shakti Temple.
Please note that the 9.00 pm service on Sunday in the Subramanium Temple is a Christian Service.
The times and dates of pujas may occasionally have to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. Please check the what's new page before travelling.
